Hotel staff was a bit snobby. We would have appreciated a reminder at check-in that the buffet breakfast was included in the cost of the room and would have used that instead of leaving the premises each morning. Staff did not respond to e-mail request through Booked.net to confirm that we had reserved the appropriate room for the number of guests in our party.

The location of Easyrooms Dell'Angelo was absolutely perfect for exploring the city. The parking was convenient and reasonably priced. The wifi worked flawlessly and the breakfast options were satisfying. Plus, being just a few steps away from Piazza Grande made it a delight to enjoy a drink. I'll recommend this hotel.

Spent Christmas at a budget hotel in Switzerland this year and it was fantastic! The location was just perfect. It was right in the city center, so shopping, restaurants, and the nightlife were right at our doorstep. Plus, we had keys to the building and our room, so we were able to come and go as we pleased. The breakfast was quite a spread. We got tons of options and there was certainly something for everyone.

The bathroom was shared, which was a bit of a letdown, but we got what we paid for. Also, the room was quite small. But again, the location was unbeatable, so we really couldn't complain too much. it was a great Christmas experience and we would recommend this budget hotel to anyone looking for affordable accommodations in the heart of the city.
